What types of footwear do you offer?
We specialize in four main categories of footwear:

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information specific to that style. We recommend checking the brand’s sizing chart as fits may vary between collections. Our footwear is designed for comfort, but if you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for sandals or down for performance shoes.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Due to our fast processing (1-2 business days), order modifications or cancellations must be requested immediately by emailing [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the fulfillment process.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with two exceptions:
- Some Asian regions
- Certain remote locations
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
- Express Shipping (10-15 business days): $12.95 CAD via DHL or FedEx
- Free Standard Shipping (15-25 business days): Free on orders over $50 CAD via EMS
Will I need to pay customs fees?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be the customer’s responsibility. We provide estimated duty costs during checkout when possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Our Happy Feet Promise allows easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With all original packaging and tags
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I sign up for your newsletter?
