At Sperry Shop, we stand behind the quality of our casual, performance, and safety footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or damaged footwear
  • Sandals and slippers that show signs of wear
  • Safety footwear that has been used in work environments
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Sperry Shop Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Details: – Product Name: – Size: – Reason for return/exchange: – Preferred resolution: [Refund/Exchange for (specify size or product)] Please advise on next steps. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Information]

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address (if applicable)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include:

  • The original packaging and all accessories
  • A copy of your invoice or packing slip
  • The RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the items within 2-3 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Exchanges will be shipped according to your selected shipping method

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 2-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
  • Shipping costs for the replacement item will be charged unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference

International Returns

For customers outside Canada:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
